Product Description
This hat base is perfect for covering with fabric or leather. Shape is hard, made from special material (similar to artificial felt) with wire at the bottom. It can be cut with a sharp knife if needed.
We use it to create exclusive fabric covered hats. Color — off-white as pictured.
