Given the nature of our products, returns are accepted only if product is unused and in original condition.

Postage is not refundable.

Refund will attract an admin fee, equal to the amount we paid to payment processor:

Refund to Credit Card attract 2% fee

Refund to PayPal attract 3% fee

Refund will be provided back to the original payment method you used to make a purchase.

Any faulty item will be replaced at no cost to you.
